RULES.
The diploma program includes two types of participants: activators and hunters.
Rules for hunters.
Radio communications carried out on any permitted HF or VHF bands, all types of modulation provided for in amateur radio practice are counted. Communication with the fortress is counted for AFCA awards only once.
To receive the AFCA awards, the hunter needs to make radio communications with a set number of fortresses.
Rules for activators.
Activated is considered a fortress, from which territory at least 11 radio communications were conducted during a single continuous stay in it. To receive AFCA awards, the activator needs to activate a set number of fortresses.
To receive the AFCA awards, the hunter needs to make radio communications with a set number of fortresses.
The log of communications in the Cabrillo format, together with photos confirming the visit to the fortress and video materials, should be sent no later than one month after activation to the program manager.
Awards.
For activators and hunters, two types of diplomas were established: - for activating 10 fortresses (conducting radio communications with 10 fortresses) and for activating 20 fortresses (conducting radio communications with 20 fortresses. The number of awards will be further increased.
Note. The number of fortresses that go to the standings for awards is determined by cumulative total, starting from January 1, 2019. The time to fulfill the conditions for receiving awards is not limited.
Receiving the award.
To receive awards must be submitted:
- request;
- radio communications list with activators of fortresses.
- for activators - logs of radio communications from each fortress, as well as materials confirming the stay in the activated fortresses (photo / video materials, GPS data, etc.).
Cost of receiving awards.
The cost of diplomas:
- in electronic form: free of charge.
With original signature:
- For residents of Russia: 60 rubles;
- For residents of the CIS countries: 1 Euro;
- For residents of other countries: 2 Euro.
The cost of rewards does not include shipping costs.
